THE CHALLENGE

By 2010, Happy Family had built a $13.3MM business that focused on baby food pouches. However, the company wanted to expand into more technically challenging categories, such as bars, cookies, beverages, Greek yogurt pouches, retorted meals, etc.

OUR WORK

THE RESULT

In 2014, Happy Family was purchased by Danone.
