THE CHALLENGE

The founders of Ripple Foods were experienced in CPG, but not plant-based food. They wanted to develop a non-dairy milk harnessing the power of pulses and leveraging their proprietary protein processing technology.

OUR WORK

We streamlined development of four plant-based milk SKUs to match or exceed the nutritional qualities of dairy milk without compromising on great flavor or creamy texture. While the client worked to scale production of the protein component, we identified turn-key ingredient suppliers and supported the commercialization of the product line.

THE RESULT

With much anticipation and buzz from the tech and food industries, Ripple Foods launched four SKUs in Whole Foods and Target in Q1/Q2 of 2016. Since then we have developed and launched additional product lines such as creamers and shelf stable kids “milk” boxes.
