Annie’s is the beloved, better-for-you food brand that kids love and moms feel great about. Annie’s products include the flagship mac and cheese as well as snacks, meals and condiments. Annie’s wanted to continue to strengthen their role as moms’ preferred kid brand by bringing healthier offerings to new dinner solutions.
Mattson led the Annie’s team on a co-creation journey including consumer insights, food tour, strategy, ideation and concept development to create a pipeline of meal concepts. Mattson brought the top 5 concepts to life with product protocepts.
Annie’s launched the leading product platform, One Pot Pasta with Hidden Veggies, in July 2019, and the next platform, Cheesy Rice with Hidden Veggies, in the summer of 2020.
